  The Leadership Bottleneck: A Crisis in Growth In today’s fast-paced business environment, where we have multiple meetings online and offline, closing things before end of day ( EOD), Reminders in groups that things must be done without reminders. Many of us experience this every day and again we start our day next days same way. Many a Times we observe that we can do this but somehow team is not able to understand seriousness and timeline both hence we try to get this done ourselves many a times, without realising that there is some serious problem in this approach, know as "leadership bottleneck". This occurs when leaders at any capacity, in an effort to maintain control or ensure quality, take on too many tasks themselves, becoming a self-imposed barrier to growth. This behaviour not only slows down processes but also limits team development, reduces autonomy, and increases risks when the leader is unavailable.
